Automatic Purchase Order - Edit - Load Order from Hand Held

You can load items into an automatic purchase order batch from a hand held device (e.g. a Denso scanner).

1. Scan the items to be purchased using your handheld device and enter the quantities required.

Refer to "Creating Purchase Orders with the Micronet Batch Scanner" and "Creating Purchase Orders with the Micronet Batch Scanner" (bluetooth).

2. Attach the scanner to your computer via the USB port and the cable supplied with the scanner.
3. In Micronet, display the Automatic Purchase Order screen.

Refer to "Automatic Purchase Order - Edit Menu Options".

4. Select EDIT | LOAD ORDER FROM HAND HELD.

Micronet displays the Enter Warehouse screen.

5. Enter the warehouse number, or press Enter to select a warehouse, then select the Accept button.

6. Select the Accept button to load each item into the automatic purchase order batch.

7. When you have finished loading items, select the Cancel button.

Micronet redisplays the Automatic Purchase Order screen with the items you added.
